Shipping policy

Where we ship. New Zealand-wide, from our Tauranga warehouse. All stock is held locally — there are no offshore lead times. If you need something sent further afield, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is with the courier.

Delivery timeframes. Courier delivery typically takes 1–3 business days for North Island and 2–5 business days for South Island addresses. Rural addresses may take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping costs. Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Glass is heavy and packed carefully — trays and cartons ship in protective outer packaging.

Pickup. You're welcome to collect your order from our warehouse at 34 Fifteenth Avenue, Tauranga, Monday to Friday 9am–4pm. Select Pickup at checkout and we'll email you as soon as it's packed and ready — please wait for that email before making the trip.

Damaged in transit. Check your delivery on arrival and report transit damage as soon as possible — ideally within 3 business days — so we can lodge a courier claim (see our Return & Refund Policy). Keep the packaging; the courier may need to inspect it. Your Consumer Guarantees Act rights are not affected.
