Every order earns points. Points convert to credit on your next order. That is the whole programme — no tiers to climb and no minimum spend.
How it works
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent, calculated on the order subtotal excluding GST and freight. Points build up in your account and convert to credit on any future order — an effective 2% back on everything you buy.
In practice: a $500 order earns 500 points, which is $10 towards your next restock. A $2,500 pallet order earns $50.

Account creation and the social actions are one-off. Product reviews earn points each time you review a different product you have purchased.
Redeeming your points
You can redeem from 500 points, which is a $10 credit. Your reward is issued as a discount code linked to your account — sign in and it applies at checkout. Codes are tied to a single customer and cannot be transferred or combined with other discounts.

When are points added to my account?
Once your order is paid. Points are calculated on the order subtotal, excluding GST and freight.
What happens if I return part of an order?
Points from a refunded order are reversed automatically, in proportion to the amount refunded.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Points are held against your customer account, and rewards only work while you are signed in.
When will my review points be allocated?
Your 100 points will be allocated to your account when your review is live (we review these weekly).
Where can I see my balance?
Sign in, then select the rewards button at the bottom of any page.
