PetraPack ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect. When you order or create an account we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and delivery and billing addresses, along with your order history. Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store your card numbers.

How we use it. To process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, manage your account, and — only if you opt in — send you emails about new arrivals, restocks and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

Who we share it with. Only the service providers needed to run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), inventory system, payment processors, and courier partners (to deliver your order). Some of these providers store information on secure servers outside New Zealand; they hold it on our behalf and may only use it to provide their services to us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Cookies and analytics. Our website uses cookies to keep your cart working and to help us understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
