Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Petra Pack. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

This Return & Refund Policy outlines your options if you're not fully happy with your order.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility

You may request a return within days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Personal care items (makeup, skincare, hygiene products)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (optional: "unless defective")

2. Refunds

2.1 Inspection Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect it

  • Notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund

2.2 Refund Method

If approved, your refund will be processed to your:

  • Original method of payment

  • Or store credit (optional)

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Items returned after 7 days


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Wrong item received

4. Return Shipping

4.1 Customer Responsibility

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.2 Shipping Damage / Our Error

If the return is due to:

  • Our error

  • Defective product

  • Wrong item shipped

We will provide a free prepaid return label.

5. Lost or Undelivered Returns

We are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
Please use a trackable shipping service.
6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible—please follow the return process instead.
